1. Definitions and Interpretation
1.1 Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings set out below:
- "Account" means the personal online account created by you upon registration on the Site.
- "Affiliate" means any entity that directly or indirectly controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with a party.
- "Bonus" or "Promotion" means any promotional reward, free stake, or credit granted by 36Gaming under these Terms.
"Betting Markets" refer to the various wagers made on sports events, including but not limited to UK football, horse racing, greyhounds, snooker, tennis, golf, boxing, and UFC, as well as an extensive range of international and exotic sports. The specific rules and settlement procedures for such markets are outlined in the "Market Specific Betting Rules."
"Casino Games" includes both RNG-based and live dealer games offered on the Site. Game-specific rules are provided on the relevant game pages and in the "Online Casino Game Rules."
- "Customer(s)", "You", "Your" means any natural person who registers as a user of the Site, provided that such person is a resident of the United Kingdom (as further detailed in Section 3.1).
- "Gambling Services" or "Services" means the online sports betting and casino gaming products and services made available via the Site.
- "Operator Funds" are the funds belonging exclusively to 36Gaming used in operating its business.
- "Regulatory Requirements" means all applicable laws, regulations, codes of practice, and guidance, including but not limited to directives from the UK Gambling Commission.
- "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer process, including automated verification (primarily provided by Experian in conjunction with other credit-reference agencies and publicly held records) and subsequent manual checks.
- "Prohibited Practices" includes any actions by a customer that contravene these Terms or the applicable industry best practices. Such practices are included, but are not limited to:
- Failing to provide requested verification details (proof of age, identity, source of funds, or affordability assessments);
- Using funds that are not solely and lawfully owned by you or gambling beyond your financial means;
- Sharing login credentials or permitting third-party access to your Account.
- Creating or attempting to create multiple accounts or accounts on behalf of any third party.
- Collusion, cheating, or "internal trading".
- Failure to report suspected errors or malfunctions as required under Section 4.4.
- Engaging in fraudulent, manipulative, or unethical conduct, including bonus abuse.
- Placing a bet or a series of bets that have no potential of winning.
- "Safer Gambling Tools" means the measures and functionalities available on the Site to assist with responsible gambling. These include self-exclusion, deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, reality checks, cooling-off periods, and links to external support organisations, as prescribed by LCCP guidelines.
- "Complaints and Disputes Policy" refers to the internal document (provided separately) that sets out the procedures for raising and resolving complaints and disputes.
1.2 Interpretation
- Headings and subheadings are provided for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of these Terms.
- Singular terms include the plural and vice versa, where the context requires it.
- In any instance of discrepancy, the language of these Terms shall prevail.
2. Acceptance, Modifications, and Clarification
2.1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Site and our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and any documents incorporated herein by reference. If you disagree with these Terms, you must not use the Site or the Services.
2.2 Modifications
36Gaming reserves the right to occasionally amend, modify, or update these Terms (including any referenced documents such as the Market Specific Betting Rules, Online Casino Game Rules, and the Complaints and Disputes Policy). Material changes will be notified through the Site and/or via email. Continued use of the Site after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
2.3 Clarification

Please do not use the Service or any product until your query is fully resolved and you are satisfied with our response.
3. Eligibility and Customer Obligations
3.1 UK-Based Customers Only
- Eligibility: The Site is available exclusively to individuals who are residents of the United Kingdom. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are a UK resident and meet the minimum age requirement of 18 years (or any higher legal age appropriate in your jurisdiction).
- Verification: At the time of registration, and periodically thereafter, you must provide and, upon request, re-submit documentation to verify your age, identity, UK residence, source of funds, and the affordability of your gambling activity as required by UK legislation, LCCP guidelines, and UK Gambling Commission regulations. Failure to supply satisfactory documentation is considered a Prohibited Practice and may result in immediate account suspension or freezing.
- Funds and Affordability: You must only use funds that you are solely and legally own and can afford to lose.
3.2 Account Security and Exclusive Use
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login details.
- You must not share your password or permit any other person to access your Account.
- Each individual may hold only one Account; creating multiple accounts or accounts for others is strictly prohibited.
3.3 Automatic Verification and Ongoing Checks
By using the Site, you consent to automatic verification checks (as described under KYC). If these do not yield a sufficient level of verification, you may be required to provide additional documentation. During any such verification process, your Account may be limited or temporarily frozen until satisfactory evidence is provided.
4. Provision of Services and Reporting of Malfunctions
4.1 Betting Services and Markets
- 36Gaming offers an extensive range of betting markets focusing on UK sports (including football, horse racing, greyhounds, snooker, tennis, golf, boxing, UFC) and a wide range of international and exotic sports.
- The "Market Specific Betting Rules" (which form an integral part of these Terms) provide the acceptance of bets, risk calculations, settlement procedures, and any additional details.
4.2 Casino Gaming Services
- An extensive array of online casino games, including RNG-based games and live dealer offerings, is available.
- Game-specific rules are provided on individual game pages and in the "Online Casino Game Rules." By participating, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these rules.
4.3 Service Availability
- While 36Gaming strives to provide uninterrupted access to the Site and Services, we do not guarantee that the Site will be available continuously and without error. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or unexpected events (force majeure) may temporarily affect access or performance.
4.4 Reporting of Malfunctions and Errors
- It is your obligation that if a reasonable person would suspect an error, malfunction, or irregularity in any game, bet, or service on the Site, you must immediately cease using the affected service and promptly report your suspicions to our Customer Support team at support@36vegas.co.uk.
- Failure to promptly report or to cease using a service suspected of malfunctioning will be deemed a Prohibited Practice under Section 7.1.
5. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Currency
5.1 Deposits
- You may fund your Account only using the approved payment methods listed on the Site.
- All deposits are subject to verification, and additional checks are required to comply with regulatory requirements.
5.2 Withdrawals
- Withdrawals will be processed using the procedures outlined on the Site.
- 36Gaming reserves the right to delay or refuse withdrawal requests if there is reasonable suspicion—such as evidence of a Prohibited Practice or insufficient verification—regarding the source or legitimacy of deposited funds.
5.3 Currency, Fees, and Security
- All transactions on the Site are conducted exclusively in Great British Pounds (GBP).
- Any fees imposed by payment processors or third-party providers are solely your responsibility.
- We implement industry-standard security measures to help protect your transactions; however, 36Gaming is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised or fraudulent transactions.
6. Safer Gambling and Responsible Play
6.1 Safer Gambling Tools
- Safer gambling is one of 36Gaming's core values. We provide a full suite of Safer Gambling Tools by LCCP guidelines, including:
- Self-Exclusion: Options to temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from accessing the Site.
- Deposit Limits: Tools to set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
- Loss Limits: Options to cap the maximum losses you may incur over a specified period.
- Session Time Limits: Reminders or enforced breaks after continuous play.
- Reality Checks: Regular notifications inform you of the duration and amount of time you spend playing.
- Cooling-Off Periods: Options to take a temporary break from gambling.
- Support Information: Direct links and contact details for external organisations that assist with gambling-related issues.
- While these tools are available to help you manage your gambling behaviour, you acknowledge that it remains your responsibility to use them appropriately.
6.2 No Duty of Care for Gambling Harm
- Although 36Gaming employs advanced behavioural monitoring and provides the above Safer Gambling Tools, we expressly disclaim any duty of care regarding your gambling behaviour. Under no circumstances shall 36Gaming be liable for any gambling-related losses or harm incurred due to your play.
- If, based on our internal evaluation, we determine that you are not making sufficient use of the Safer Gambling Tools provided and may be at risk of experiencing harm as a result of your gambling activities, 36Gaming reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate our business relationship or restrict your access to gambling services without further explanation.
- Furthermore, in such cases, 36Gaming may prevent you from accessing gambling services on any sites participating in the GamProtect Scheme. This decision will be final and may be implemented without prior notice.
7. Prohibited Practices and Consequences
7.1 Prohibited Practices
You must not engage in, attempt to engage in, or facilitate any of the following:
- Failing to provide requested verification information (e.g., proof of age, identity, source of funds, affordability documents);
- Using funds not solely and lawfully owned by you or gambling beyond your means.
- Sharing your Account login credentials or allowing third-party access to your Account.
- Creating multiple accounts or creating accounts for any third party.
- Collusion, Cheating, or Internal Trading: Any coordinated actions designed to gain an unfair advantage or to manipulate the outcome of bets or games.
- Failing to report any suspected error or malfunction in any game, bet, or service as required by Section 4.4.
- Engaging in any other manipulative, fraudulent, or unethical conduct, including bonus abuse.
7.2 Consequences of Prohibited Practices
- If you are reasonably suspected of engaging in any Prohibited Practices, your Account may be partially or wholly suspended or frozen, pending additional verification.
- Any bets, withdrawals, or winnings associated with funds of questionable legitimacy may be declared void.
- Persistent or severe breaches may result in permanent closure of your Account, forfeiture of any funds or bonuses, and possible legal action or notification to the relevant authorities.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Ownership Rights
- All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and data compilations—is the exclusive property of 36Gaming or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 License to Use
- Subject to compliance with these Terms, 36Gaming grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
8.3 Restrictions
- You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, display, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without the prior written consent of 36Gaming.
9. Warranties, Disclaimers, and Limitation of Liability
9.1 No Warranty and Operational Error Resolution
- The Site and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any form of warranty, express or implied, including—but not limited to—the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
- In the event of an operational error or malfunction, 36Gaming is committed to resolving disputes fairly and satisfying the Customer where possible. However, as an overriding rule, all affected plays, bets, or games shall be voided if a malfunction is confirmed.
9.2 Limitation of Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, 36Gaming's aggregate liability in connection with your use of the Site or any Services shall be limited to the total amount you have deposited in your Account over the preceding 12 months.
- 36Gaming shall not be liable for any indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the Site or Services.
36Gaming segregates all customer funds from its operating funds to protect deposits in the event of insolvency.
- All customer funds (including deposits, bonus funds, and any funds not actively placed on wagers) are held in dedicated, segregated bank accounts. This ensures that your funds are ring-fenced in the unlikely event of insolvency and will remain accessible for withdrawal. This satisfies the Gambling Commission's requirement for segregation and medium-level protection of customer funds
9.3 Force Majeure
- 36Gaming shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, natural disasters, or technical failures.
10. Dispute Resolution, Complaints, and Governing Law
10.1 Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by and shall be construed by the laws of England and Wales.
- Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
10.2 Complaints and Disputes Procedure
These General Terms incorporate by reference our separate Complaints and Disputes Policy, which sets forth the detailed process for raising and resolving complaints. In summary:
- Raising a Complaint:
All queries, complaints, or disputes should be raised with Customer Support at support@36vegas.co.uk as soon as practicable. A complaint will be acknowledged within 48 hours. If you do not receive an acknowledgement, please email again and copy cco@36vegas.co.uk.
- Internal Resolution Stages:
- Once acknowledged, your complaint or query will be reviewed and a suggested resolution provided within 72 hours.
If you are not satisfied with the proposed resolution, you may escalate your complaint to our Chief Compliance Officer by emailing cco@36vegas.co.uk, providing your reasons for rejecting the resolution. The Chief Compliance Officer will acknowledge your dispute within seven days and provide a detailed review within 14 days.
Should you remain unsatisfied, you may escalate the matter to 36Gaming Ltd's Managing Director at md@36vegas.co.uk. The Managing Director will acknowledge your escalation within 14 working days and review your case fully within 14 working days, but no later than 30 working days from the acknowledgement.
- This stage constitutes the final step in our internal complaints procedure. If you still do not accept the final resolution, you may refer the dispute to our nominated third-party arbitrator, IBAS.

11. Termination and Suspension
11.1 Termination by 36Gaming
- 36Gaming reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately, without prior notice, if you are found to be in breach of these Terms or are reasonably suspected of engaging in any Prohibited Practices.
- In cases where your identity, source of funds, or the affordability of your gambling cannot be satisfactorily verified, your Account may be partially or fully frozen until such matters are resolved.
11.2 Voluntary Termination
You may close your Account at any time by following the instructions on the Site. These Terms will resolve any pending wagers or bonus conditions.
- Termination does not affect any rights or liabilities accrued before termination.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 36Gaming Ltd, its Affiliates, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, demands, liabilities, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your breach of these Terms or failure to comply with Regulatory Requirements.
- Your engagement in any Prohibited Practices.
- Your use or misuse of the Site or Services.
13. Miscellaneous Provisions
13.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms and any additional policies or rules referenced herein constitute the entire agreement between you and 36Gaming and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
13.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is unenforceable or invalid, such invalidity will not affect the remainder of these Terms, which will remain in full force and effect.
13.3 Assignment
You may not transfer or assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of 36Gaming. 36Gaming may assign these Terms concerning a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of its business.
13.4 Notices
All notices under these Terms shall be in writing and sent to the email or postal address provided on the Site. Notices sent by email shall be deemed delivered upon successful transmission.
